Summer Season

The summer holidays in Claviere provide you with close contact with nature itself, between the history of the area and the magnificent countryside you will find yourself in beautiful woods of larch and fir trees and green meadows which offer wide ranging activities for all ages. Your holiday can be as relaxing and lazy as you want or filled with all the physical activities on offer.
There are excursions led by a mountain guide, mountain bikes to hire, swimming, trekking, climbing and a leisure centre which has 2 tennis courts, a five-a-side Astroturf football pitch and a heated pool.

Those who enjoy mountain excursions can discover the many rambling paths which lead to the majestic peak of Mount Chaberton rising to a height of 3130 metres above sea level. Ramblers can also take the path which leads to the wonderful Gorges of San Gervasio et cross the Tibetan Bridge, 544 metres long and one of the longest bridges of its type in the world.

Finally, Claviere has a magnificent 9-hole golf course which was founded in 1923 and is one of the oldest and highest golf courses in Italy.
